From ball field to a mile west
Officers regularly park in lot just the west of ball field in town. They will give tickets for speeding, seat belts and cell phone use. They also park in several spots about 3/4 of a mile west of this along the highway. Also watch the drop to 25mph as you approach the bridge and turnoff to the upper road to Hawi. I haven’t seen officers there much but it is easy to feel you can 40 through there.
