From highway 18 west on Old Port Gibson into town
leaving highway 18 with 55 mph limit, and entering Old Port Gibson Road, the limit immediately changes 30, then 15, then 30 and finally 25 mph immediately at town. Police sit in hidden areas all along this road and ticket people for 5mph over limit. All tickets are $177. No point in arguing in court— huge percentage of city revenue comes from traffic fines with Hinds Community College students the major target of this scam.
