law inforcement cars always park at bottem of hills, it is too late as you are coming down high hills and would probably breask the 55 limit if you shifted into neutral

Comments:
I was stopped in Cusseta, Ga. a year or so ago for speeding (76/55) and met the most unprofessional officer I've ever seen. (I'm a former Law Enforcement Officer Supervisor however, I did not tell him because thats not an excuse or way out in my eyes) I tried to explain to this "Officer of the Law" that the speed limit was 65 mph back toward Albany and I was coming down a hill and had not seen a reduction in speed sign. He was the most condescending and arrogant son of a gun to say the least. I was really surprised by this officer because of his lack of professionalism. His uniform was unkempt, he lost his pen, had to go back to his patrol car and "dig" for it and the guy had a hard time writing the ticket because he forgot his glasses (second trip back to the car! Really? We hit the street prepared when I policed). I paid the ticket because I've been told that the court system there really isn't any better either. This is a poor county and they need your money. Looking into this further, it appears that they have really no good leadership or direction. If you are wise, stay out of this area!
