From I40 on Hwy 46 the red light at Walnut St. or just b4
As you approach the city from I-40, the speed changes from ~ 50-55 to 35. But the sign is high on a pole turned 45 degrees away from Hwy 46. Can not be seen at night. I was looking very hard as I traveled through. Even during daylight I had to stop and look around to find it. It is best ably seen as you come over the hill just b4 (during the day), but you have to know where it is to notice it.
