At about I-35 and Hwy 114 (Exit 70) the little town of Northlake keeps a black SUV out on I-35 almost 24 hours a day. This is just in front of the Texas Motor Speedway and they will very often put two cars out on race weekends. The speed limit is 65mph and the Texas Highway Patrol and most larger city officers will let you go up to 10 mph over the limit and not bother you but these Northlake cops will stop you at 67mph and the ticket is about $200.00.
