Frwy 14 Ave N North
CHP sits on north on ramp of the Fry 14 at Ave. N
Also about twice a month there is a CHP officer standing on the bridge of Ave. N and the Fry 14, usually pointing North with a radar gun and 2 or 3 CHP cars parked on the North on ramp to give chase to the speeders caught on radar.
