GA 17 Alt. (aka, Big "A" Road)
Toccoa city cops tend to sit near the old drive-in theater entrance, on top of the hill just after the entrance to the high school (going northbound). Law is 500′ of visibility, and in no way is there a chance of 500′ of visibility. Be careful in and aound city limits as the Toccoa PD isn’t slack about speeding tickets. 5 over is safe, but anything more is a risk.

They also will ticket you for pulling out into the center lane and waiting for traffic to clear so you can get into the traffic lane on Big A Road. $150 fine, I know of several people who got caught in this one. I will make a right turn, then left at a light and turn around in a parking lot to avoid this one. Money grabbing plan.
