Springfield bypass is a 4 lane highway that runs through a very sparsely populated area around Springfield with a 45 MPH speed limit. There is an area where the surface declines for about a half mile after entering the city limits when traveling North. The Police park on the decline out of sight until you start the decline. Also, there are two traffic lights on GA 21 that are timed to favor the crossroads.
