GA 400 NB at Windward Pkwy
This is a construction area where posted speed limits are 55mph. At any given time, traffic is easily in excess of 80mph or more. Alpharetta City Police are patrolling this area strongly. Officers will sit off to the side of the road down the ditch out of view of all commuters.
