Arlington Heights police are sitting under I-75 catching eastbound traffic on Galbraith heading towards Reading Rd. Reading police are sitting near Ronald Reagan highway’s westbound exit onto Galbraith Rd catching traffic exiting the highway (55 mph) onto westbound Galbraith Rd (25 mph). In this case the Speed limit sign exists just as you’re navigating the turn off Ronald Reagan onto Galbraith, which makes it hard to notice as you’re navigating the turn. The next sign is at the bottom of the hill, at which point they’ve already clocked you.

There were three cars pulled over while I was being written up, and when I went back the next morning to see where the signs were there were two more being written up. Total speed trap!
