Galligan Road near Freeman Road

Nearly every Friday night when I’m coming home down Binnie Road, and I turn east on Galligan, I see some poor guy who’s been pulled over by the local cops. I would guess they cruise up and down the length of Galligan between Huntley Rd and 72, but the action really seems to heat up on Galligan between Binnie and Freeman, and often it’s right at the intersection of Galligan and Freeman. People frequently speed on the country roads out here, but Galligan is the only road where I’ve seen so many people pulled over. Be careful on this stretch, especially on Friday nights.

Comments:
I was pulled over for driving 48 mph in a 45 mph zone (this was before the school was built). The officer (looks like Barney Fife) pulled me over and asked "when is the last time you got a ticket?" I said, I didn't remember" as it had been years. The officer sarcastically replied "you're getting one now". He was so obnoxious, I could hardly believe it. This attitude just gives police officers a bad name and is an insult to the Gilbert Police Department. Professionalism is a course Gilbert's Police Department might want to brush up on.
