Gandy Blvd at 106th Ave N
Heading south on Gandy Blvd, so that’s either people getting off I-275 or from the apartments in the area as this is the north end of 4th St N before hitting the water, usual black pick-up truck approaching the 106th Ave N corner.

This is less a speed trap than a wolf pack. Every now and then, when the financial opportunity arises the local cops and county sheriff deputies harvest money. The speed limit is 50 mph and they pop people coming off the Interstate or a major bridge.
Easy money! It's a long straight road. Eyes up and you should be OK.
