After exiting I-90 at the Garden Springs Exit, the speed limit goes down to 25mph. Heading east, you get to a blind downhill there will be a motorcyle or Sheriff’s car waiting for you parked by the church or a bit farther down at a driveway/road on the righ hand side. If you are speeding it is too late to slow down. From going 60 off the Interstate down to 25 is a drastic change and is easy to speed.
