Only problem is--The Garden State Pkwy does not go anywhere near Egg Harbor City. From the location specified I suspect the writer means Egg Harbor Township - about 15 miles from EHC.

Just goes to show.....some people can't even read the name of a town, let alone pay attention to the white and black speed limit sign........ "Officer, I was driving in Egg Harbor TOWNSHIP twenty minutes ago and the speed limit was 50 mph...."
