Police will sit in their cruisers or hide behind a utility pole to catch speeders going south bound on Garth. Police will hide behind the bus shelter to catch speeders going north bound on Garth. They are in those locations a lot. Morning, noon and evening rush hour. Especially if it’s a nice day.
