COPS ON BIKES, One on one corner one on another, radio each other to stop cars for seat belts and speeding. This is done all over town and on both sides of the bridge.

Motorcops on every corner isn't that funny there is only one that works that town. Learn to obey the rules the State sets and you will never have to meet the guy. Apparently that is something you have no clue of doing , so seppd on fool.
#1, the city hires on a number of bike (bike as in bicycle, not motorcycle) cops every summer, so your comment likely doesn't pertain to the speed trap in question, as it seems perfectly valid to me.
