Busy commercial area – have seen them at all hours sitting back in the parking lots of various businesses, Penn Christian Academy (15mph school hours-will hide in Pep boys to nail you), 7-11, Woods Driving Range, and in drive way of abandoned farm house on south side of street about 500′ East of Woods Driving Range.
