Gervais Road / 170th Street near Entrance to St. Albert
They usually sit just around the corner of the downward slope immediately after you enter St. Albert from Edmonton via 170th st./ Gervais Road.They are usually there around rush hour because the speed limit is 50 km/h and doing 50 will put you in the middle of an accident. There is no way to see them so be sure to slow down before this slope as there is a high probability they are milking that spot.
