Glasgow ST near Jenkins Creek RD
Photo radar, 20 mph all the time, perhaps for the school nearby but no hours, no “When Children are Present”, no “When red light is flashing”. Letter says there is a 12 mph grace, I was clocked at 13 and 14 over. Never saw it, got two tickets in the mail, $40 each. Left a note on the City FB page saying I would never spend another tourist cent there.
