The cop sets the flashing school zone lite from 3:00-4:00pm. Even though there isnt even a chipmonk around by 3:45pm, the cop will nail you for
anything above 15mph. Its the only sign in Tosa that says "While Flashing"
the rest say "when children present." 35 in a 15 is there game and the weasel wont let you go even if no kids around. A blatant revenue maker.
