Going southbound on Hwy99 just as you exit the tunnel
They setup in an area just out of sight when coming out of the tunnel going southbound just as you go up a slight hill the road curves left there is a spot in the centre median where they park their car. You won’t see them till its too late. This area is still 80km/hr, just before it goes back up to 100km/hr.
