An officer from Jefferson County Sheriffs office driving in an unmarked car traveling between 20 – 25 mph in a 35mph zone for about a mile or two; he pulls over right before the Coors Plant to let me drive past; I pick up some speed to about 35 mph as there is no traffic and great visibility. He turns on his lights and and pulls me over and says I was going 38 in a 25 mph zone and gives me a $160 4 point ticket. Since I drive this route a lot and never noticed the lower signs II asked when the speed was lowered and he said it does not matter.
