This is not actually in Baxley, this is in Graham (not listed in city drop window). In Graham on US-341, speed limit drops down to 45MPH, which is not a legitimate speed limit since similar traffic patterns on similar highways in Georgia have speed limits posted at 55MPH or higher! There is only a flashing yellow signal on US-341 in this area. I have contacted the GDOT about this discrepancy last year, and was told to contact GA DPS about this concern. The GA DPS website does not make it possible to send this concern to them, and I would have to pay for a potentially expensive phone call to bring this discrepancy to their attention. Maybe someone in Georgia could contact the DPS to find out why this discrepancy exists, and post its answer here.
