Be careful when traveling west on Gold Rd in Skokie on the border of City of Evanston, and the Village of Skokie. Usually late at night starting around 10:00pm their is an unmarked evanston squad car with a rader pointing east facing the west bound lanes. Be very careful. The unmarked car looks like any other car, until up close when it is to late. The unmarked squard is usually up close against Golf rd. in the entrance of a retirement home.
