Yes they do! They love to sit all along Battle Ave as well which is the back way into town from Jermyn and Mayfield coming from Dickson City. Narrow road and everybody speeds up through there to and from the light in the city. Cdale cops love to sit blacked out in Cdale's High School parking lot at night, make sure you do 25 on the dot. During school start and dismissal times they will sit as well making sure you obey the 15 mph flashing speed zone as well. They also sit in the dirt lot beside the salt building across from Burger King on Brooklyn St which is part of Route 6 in town. They also sit in the abandoned USA Mart gas station, and in the wash bays of the car wash and between it and the beer distributor. This is probably looking for drunks since Cdale has lots of them and lots of bars too where they love to hang around at closing times. They will also sit blacked out in the lot of the old Catholic hospital which is now closed and abandoned. They will also hang out by the shuttered Ford dealership and the road that leads to the housing projects behind the Weis shopping center. They will sit on all side streets, they love to sit beside Superdads strip club, and across from there in the ambulance parking lot and by the hair dresser place as well on the right side coming into town. You can find them in the parking lot of the Turkey Hill at Brooklyn and 8th St, and the small lot of the Turkey Hill on Belmont St (171). Cdale has its share of problems, drugs and poverty being two of the major problems, and the cops also have had their far share as well through the years. They've cleaned house a couple times now and seem to be working things through slowly, we'll see how it goes. The other main spot they sit at is Terrace Ave off Belmont they strictly enforce the 25 mph limit. Don't push it here. This part of town has some really run down houses and has a lot of issues in general, it's considered one of the worst parts of town by most people. It quickly becomes obvious why when you roll through. I've never had issues in my three years of delivering in the area, and mostly just gotten waves and polite how are you's from Cdale cops. I'm always polite and I've never been bothered by the cops. Just wear your seatbelt, don't throw your butts or trash on the ground, and don't be on your cell phone since you're not allowed to use your cell in Cdale city limits by city law.
