Grand Ave & Winston Ave
There are usually two Taylormill police cars at the bottom of the big hill. They wait at the Ameristop Gas Station or the small firehouse just past it. This hill is big enough that if you dont pay attention you will be speeding. They are at the bottom of the hill almost every night.

Received a ticket in this exact same spot....speed reduces quickly going down the hill.
