Grand Avenue near Cameron Avenue
Mostly enforced by West Covina PD, although out of jurisdiction because it is LA County, but occasionally enforced by CHP which is the proper enforcement agency. It is on the downhill portion on the curve, and the radar officer is usually tucked away on the street at the right. CHP sometimes sits on the downhill curve itself and runs the radar uphill.
