Grand Avenue near Lake Michigan
The cop hides off road, under the trees, on Grand just east of the turn onto the beach road. The black and white car is almost invisible in the shade, and is there on most week days.

This is a residential street that winds through hills and many of the driveways and intersections are blind. Speeding over the hills has caused several cars/motorcycles to go airborne including a double fatal less than 1/4 mile from here.
