Grand Central Parkway near Exit Number BQE Westbound
The unmarked Highway Unit sits in plain view on the markings between the GCP and the BQE ramp just west of the overpass at the west end of LaGuardia Airport. I was running late and forgot to slow down from 79MPH, as I’ve seen them there before on several occasions.

That NYPD Highway unit is usually not on radar duty. They sit there to get cars trying to cut in at the last moment so they won't have to wait in line to go to the BQE. If you cross the solid line or the "zebra stripes" they nail you!
