Grand to McLoughlin Blvd just leaving downtown
Heading onto the bridge southbound on 99E toward Milwaukie the spped limit is 35 until after the merge from the Ross Island Bridge. More times than not there is a motorcycle cop just off the road near the merge point. This seems especially true in the morning. Do not exceeed 35 mph or change lanes until the merge point and the 45 mph sign immediately thereafter.
