Grange Road near Sibley Road
There is a traffic light here and the officer sits on Grange on the south side of Sibley. Grange isn’t a through street on this side of Sibley so the officer is able to sit there unobserved. The speed limit drops right there from 45 mph to 35 mph. Bam….
