Greenville city limits
You best be going 25 mph and nothing past 30 mph in beautiful downtown Greenville Ca . Also 45 mph just out of town in both directions. Then 55 mph, and no more than 60 mph, on hwy 89 for 8 miles north and south, on both sides of the town of Greenville. The Female Highway patrol officer has been known for a few 3 mph over the limit tickets that the judge in Quincy Ca. dismissed as a waste of the courts time.

True!..this CHP officer, has been known to call the sherriff's department when off duty if she see's someone speeding. And it happens often!!
