Big money on this one! Speed limit is 40 mph and feels like it should be at least 50 mph when you are there so there is a tendency to speed. The motor-cop has his bike in the shaded area of the sidewalk which makes it hard to see until it's too late. He stands with a hand-held and walks out into the road afterward to flag speeders to the side. I've personally seen him with three at one time on the shoulder.
