Grover Cleveland
As you are heading West on Grover Cleveland toward Hwy 19 right by the Library, the speed drops quickly from 50 to 40 to 30. I have never had a speeding ticket in 30 years, and I was stopped right there for going 47 in a 40 that came up on me quickly. I might add the police officer was sitting along side the road with his lights out just waiting.
