Guadalupe Street near Chopstix Restaurant
It’s a school zone around a blind curve with no schools nearby or children around–ever. The speed limit is 15 MPH in the morning but traffic regularly goes 25-30 MPH. The cop stands in the parking lot of the restaurant with his Lidar gun, then steps out into the street and holds his hand out to stop speeders. If the traffic is slow enough that a cop can stop a speeder by stepping in front of the car, then there cannot be a safety hazard. I received a $400 ticket for going 10 over. Please seek an alternate route into the city, or be very careful coming in via this route in the morning.
