Guinyard Street near Miller Street
The section of Guinyard goes from 40 to 35 (I think) somewhere close to here. Anyway, the city police are always hanging out either with radar or in paired marked vehicles in the far end of Westmark Plaza (in front of where the movie theater used to be) facing Guinyard.
