In reading your postings on the fine City of Duluth maybe this will update a little….. All the posting I read are still true, With the following adtions: 3 Dodge Durangos, 1 Dodge Ram P/U 2 or 3 vans all Black. one Durango is Plain black, (no markings). I have see Duluth cars outside City running Radar. Favorite trick on P.I.B. is to stand in medium with portable Laser while 2 Harleys or Cars sit down a side street, So if you see some standing by road, BEWARE.
