H3 town bound in Aiea
Where the speed limit reduces to 55, then 45 and then 35 when exiting. Cops will hang out under the overpasses and on any of those off ramps. I also came across bike cops going the opposite direction just to get under the overpasses. They will mostly be on the right side but I have seen them on the left as well.
