This is definitely a "southern experience" trap area. Do not believe the going over 5-10mph will get you by here. Went through today at 63 set on the cruise from Manchester. I didn't see any sign for awhile and since traffic was blowing by me, thought I was ok when I saw the local fuzz coming at me. He showed up in my mirror later, lights aflashin. Strange part is, he stated he clocked me exactly at 70, even though I saw 63 when I spotted him. I explained 63 but there was no conversing with him. I was raised in this state, but the current out-of state license must have played with his integrity. They will play hell getting any $$ out of me. Reminds me of some GA towns on Hwy 17 during my 1972 stint there. Kangaroo court.
