2 blocks south of Northlake Blvd heading south on Hall sherriff backs in empty lot and radars mostly when people coming home from work (early evening)

I usually see him hiding on the NorthWest corner of Hall and Citrus. There is a brown spot in the grass where his car has been leaking something.
