Halsey Road near Elmwood Road
Unmarked police car sits on the corner of Elmwood (usually blocking half the side street). Officer radars in both directions but usually only stops people coming from the direction of Route 202. Officer wil get out of car and wave driver over. He will almost always give a ticket.
