Traffic on the surrounding paved roads of N/S bound Haggerty and Drake Rd’s are full to the brim during rush hour traffic, so some overflow will take this Dirt (Halstead)road. But has a posted speed of 25 because of it’s deemed a "Natural Beauty" road
