This is by a high school. Stay away from this area when students are breaking for lunch or at quit time because students jump in their cars and zoom-zoom-zoom. The police are possibly there to slow down the students and not as a speed trap. At the wrong time, it is a dangerous area.

I live directly opposite where the garden used to be, facing Hamilson. Speed trap or not, I've never seen a motor officer there. But it IS dangerous in the morning, at noon and when school lets out. The Magnolia/Hamilton intersection has frequent horrific accidents; the block wall at the corner has been taken out several times by crashing cars.
