Hamilton Street near Interstate 94
Driving on Hamilton, from Michigan Ave. to I-94, there is a parking lot on the left side of the street, obscured by the church itslef. You can’t see him until it’s too late (generally no police on Sundays). The posted speed is 30mph, but the traffic generally goes about 40-45. If you even slightly above traffic flow and it is 40-45, you will be the one who is caught.
