Westbound traffic on Hampton Ave. travels along the south edge of Timmerman airport,which is posted at 35mph. This area west of 92nd St. is a wide open 4 lane blvd, with some apt housing on the south side of the street. As westbound traffic approaches the end of the airfield, a residential area takes over. City of Milwaukee motorcycle patrols are there daily, just waiting for someone to leadfoot it.As this is part of my commute,I have seen cars pulled over or being pursued by the cycles every day this week. They will see you long before you can react!
