Hanging Rock
Local police from Hanging Rock Village patrol US 52 which has a 65 mph speed limit just prior to the speed trap. It drops to 55 and they charge $146 for going 65 mph in a 55 mph.

I was also stopped by Hanging Rock police in June, 2013. Speed trap is still alive and well. I was on US-52, a 4-lane road w/light traffic in a "rural" area on dry pavement. Speed limit was 65 for miles (and should be), briefly dropped to 55, then back to 65 again. Classic speed trap - despicable. Quite obviously designed purely to generate revenue. Certainly has nothing to do w/driver safety. DRIVERS BEWARE HANGING ROCK, OHIO'S UNDERHANDED AND UNETHICAL POLICE TACTICS!!!!
