Hanover Street near Waterfront Avenue
The police sent up a speed trap across from the check cashing place at the end of the Hanover Street bridge.(heading towards AA.CO)Mostly on Friday afternoon rush hour, but I have seen them there on Saturdays all day.

No such intersection...it's Waterview Ave & Hanover and this is RIGHT NEXT to the Police Station, so of course there will be cops...duh!
The intersection is Waterview Ave and & Hanover st. heading south right after you get off of the bridge. The police station is right there on the left, but they don't always have radar set up there. Usually they are set up during holidays. Speed limit is 30, but by the bridge being a straight away uphill heading south and then leveling off, you'll find yourself doing 45 and 50 without realizing it, and once you get to the level part of the bridge they have you!
