Traveling south on Harbor Blvd., just after commonwealth, you go down an underpass under the railroad tracks. You usually pick up a little speed on the downhill. A motorcycle cop sits behind the bushes at the top of the underpass and checks your speed when you’re at the bottom (going the fastest). By the time you see him, its too late!
