Harlem River Drive near Exit Number Triborough Bridge
The officer sits far up on the right side of the road, just past the Triborough Bridge exit on the Harlem River Drive South. He parks his car far up where you can not see it; and then walks down; and tickets anyone who crosses the stripes where the Triborough Bridge Traffic Lane ends.

A favorite spot for cops, but now there is major construction going on here, so it's not nearly as bad as it was before-there's no room to pull cars over. I give it another 6 months before it'll be back to business as usual.
