Harps Mill between Falls of Neuse Road and Litchford Road
Harps Mill is a speed trap in Raleigh with a speed limit of 30. The road has a parking lane on each side with wide traffic lanes. The road goes up and down hills with gentle turns. You naturally want to drive 40 to 45 on this road. The Raleigh PD enforces 31 on Harps Mill. You have to ride the brake over half of the distance of the road to maintain the 30 MPH speed. Raleigh PD uses a pack of motorcycles and some cruisers to enforce the Harps Mill speedtrap.
